My Journey of Remembering — Returning to the Wisdom of the Earth

Listening to the Call

For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt a deep pull — a call from within and from beyond, asking me to remember something ancient, something true. This call led me on a long and winding path, across many lands, teachings, and traditions, until I finally came home to myself, to the Earth, and to the voice of my ancestors.

The First Steps — Yoga & Sacred Teachings

My journey began many years ago when I traveled to India to study the sacred science of yoga. I immersed myself in yogic practices, philosophy, and ancient texts, learning directly from Indian monks and teachers. Their teachings awakened me to the wisdom of the body, breath, and Spirit — reminding me of the interconnectedness of all life.

From India, my path took me to Bali, where I was teaching yoga around the world and guiding Yoga Teacher Training. I shared the tools of movement, meditation, and self-inquiry with people from many different cultures and backgrounds. Yet, even while teaching, a deeper longing remained — a knowing that there was more to remember, something rooted in the Earth itself. Online Yoga School was born into the creation.

Coming Back to the Earth — The Mayan Path

That longing eventually led me to Guatemala, to the sacred lands of the Maya. What began as a visit became a homecoming. Over the past four years, I have lived and worked closely with Mayan elders, communities, and teachers, immersing myself in their ways of living, healing, and connecting to the cosmos.

Through their guidance, I learned how to work with the sacred Mayan calendar, the four elements, and the wisdom of the fire, plants, cacao and massage. I was invited to walk the path of service — not as a healer, but as a humble channel, holding space for others to heal, remember, and reconnect.

Mayan Abdominal Massage - The Wisdom of the Womb

One of the most profound gifts of this journey has been receiving the ancestral teachings of Mayan abdominal massage. Guided by my teachers Maria Eugenia Gobbato, Doña Dominga, and the abuelas of my lineage, I learned this sacred practice that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

Mayan abdominal massage helps to bring balance back to not only internal organs, the womb, the energetic centers of the body but you also receive ancestral healing. It is a deeply nurturing and restorative practice — supporting fertility, digestion, menstrual health, emotional release, and overall wellbeing. It reconnects us to the simple yet powerful medicine of touch, connection, presence, and Earth wisdom.

Alongside this work, I also offer limpias (deep cleansing ceremonies), Mayan cacao ceremonies, and teachings rooted in the cycles of nature and the cosmos.

Weaving the Threads — My Offering to the World

Today, I walk this path of service — supporting conscious souls, healers, and seekers to reconnect with the Earth, their ancestors, and the deep knowing within their hearts. I help people bring their soul-aligned offerings into the light, not as a business, but as a sacred act of service and remembrance.

My work is an invitation to slow down, soften, and remember that you are already connected to something much greater — to the wisdom of the elements, the whispers of the ancestors, and the rhythm of the cosmos.

Through ceremonies, abdominal massage, limpia rituals, and ancestral teachings, I hold space for your healing, your remembering, and your courageous return to the medicine woman, man, or being you already are.

This is the path of ancestral healing — a return to simplicity, to the Earth, and to the power of your own Spirit.
